edwin cycles dirt jump frame!
Carbon 29er frames!
here is a snappy of the latest addition! these are steel lugs joined to carbon tubes! The frame pictured is a medium and weighs 3.1 pounds! yes, that is weighed on a digital scale!
The carbon tubing is made by edge (or now enve, thanks to some douchebag euro folks who won't let them use the name... without the requisite massive amount of money...they were better about it than I would have been...but I digress). I am lucky enough that I can call in and have the tubes made to my specification, how about that?
So, here is the best part, I am offering these frames for 850.00...
titanium lugs available, these will run you an additional 400 dollars...thats 1250 if you are mathematically challenged like me..

titanium time...
so after a slight hiatus from blogging I am back! we are a visual society and it seems like the pics I post end up being searchable by google, and that is pretty cool, since I know pictures can sell better than my mindless drivel.
As of late, I am completing a batch of titanium, and have completed the carbon steel 29er frames ordered.
Additionally, I have been working with Johnny Oconnor on revamping my tooling for a more production type operation to ensure more repeatability. Why? so that I can fill orders faster by having stock frames on hand and keep rear ends on hand...yes, I said something about hand and rear end...(insert beavis laugh)
To entice folks into the edwin fold I have reduced prices, and they will stay there, because it is absolutely nuts to pay twice as much for the same thing I offer, but mainly because the whole point of edwin is to offer that custom feel and uniqueness to everyone, not just the rich guy that bought it as a status symbol.
Have to watch what I say here, it is the internet...
Anyhow, stay tuned for updates!

new tee shirts are in, and the shop is coming together nicely!
The new edwin tee shirts showed today, totally a luxury purchase, but what the hell right? I am so happy with them because they have the awesome artwork that Kevin Nierman did for me, super cool!
Been busy with getting the last bits of the shop set up, and of course built seven frames in the past week, they go to paint tomorrow! I am obviously tired, but happy to be making progress.
The retail and repair side of things is something I am looking forward to. Its funny that I didn't just do this from the start, but perhaps its like all good things... they take time.
New things are brewing, the carbon and steel frames, and new rigid forks too! I am interested to see how these come out and will post pics.
The weather has been great and I can see riders out and about everyday now, time for me to start riding too! I am so happy to be finally set up in park city, with a great shop and a great community to do business with. If you are ever in the area, please come on by, just type in edwin cycles in google maps and you will get the address.
